Over time, I wanted to explore new areas within the industry, which led me to DFROST Retail Identity. It was important for me to find a company that not only strives for excellence but also fosters a positive culture where creativity and fresh ideas are truly valued. What is a typical working day for you as an Art Director at DFROST? \t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t<p>Every morning, we kick off with a team meeting to align on responsibilities for the coming days. After that, it&#8217;s time for our first coffee before diving into our projects. I work closely with our Creative Directors, developing concepts for our clients and refining them until we\u2019re ready to produce the final print data. No two days are the same\u2014some are dedicated to research and brainstorming initial ideas, while others focus on finalizing details, creating production-ready files, and coordinating closely with the client to perfect every aspect.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<style>\n    \n    \n    <\/style>\n\n<section class=\"info thin_text \"  id=\"block_number_5\">\n    \n    <div\n        class=\"bg-overlay\"\n            ><\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"container\"\n\t\t \t\t >\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title\">\n\t\t\t\tWhat are your main duties and responsibilities as an Art Director? \t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t<p>As an Art Director, I am responsible for the visual design and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand identity. We develop visual strategies and collaborate closely with our clients to meet their needs effectively. Working hand in hand with project managers, we keep everything on schedule, discussing design visions and their feasibility in production. To ensure consistency and alignment within the team, I also conduct internal training sessions, sharing insights and best practices. If my colleagues have technical questions or need support with their layouts, I\u2019m always available to assist.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<style>\n    \n    \n    <\/style>\n\n<section class=\"info thin_text \"  id=\"block_number_7\">\n    \n    <div\n        class=\"bg-overlay\"\n            ><\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"container\"\n\t\t \t\t >\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title\">\n\t\t\t\tYou work closely with the creative directors in the development of new concepts, the implementation of layouts for our clients and the creation of print data. Can you tell us more about how this process works?\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t<p>When starting a new project, we first immerse ourselves in the client\u2019s brand and values. After discussing the brief, we explore implementation options and develop initial ideas, refining them into concepts that align with the client\u2019s vision and add value. It was an exciting opportunity to develop a fresh concept and bring it to life for a trade fair stand\u2014my first major task at DFROST. I gained invaluable experience, especially during the production phase, where optimizing processes for producers was crucial. With the support and guidance of my colleagues, we delivered a well-executed and thoughtfully detailed project.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<style>\n    \n    \n    <\/style>\n\n<section class=\"info thin_text \"  id=\"block_number_11\">\n    \n    <div\n        class=\"bg-overlay\"\n            ><\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"container\"\n\t\t \t\t >\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title\">\n\t\t\t\tDo you use AI in your day-to-day work and how do you feel about AI-generated content in marketing?\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t\t<p>AI streamlines many design processes, and I primarily use it in Photoshop for faster image retouching. It also helps me gather information quickly without the need for extensive research. While AI-generated content enhances efficiency in campaign creation, it often lacks the personal touch that makes a project truly unique. For me, the design process is where creativity and individuality take shape\u2014something AI can overlook due to its speed and lack of human collaboration. That\u2019s why I see AI as a supportive tool rather than a replacement. I\u2019ve also developed strong organizational and prioritization skills, which help me stay focused and deliver quality results, even under pressure. To stay organized, I rely on my notebook, which stores all essential information and allows me to create clear to-do lists that help me prioritize tasks. Staying updated through training allows me to explore new technologies and techniques.
