To support our creative team, we are looking for freelance Art Directors to strengthen our team on a project basis.You have a keen sense for innovation and excellence in developing retail concepts with the highest design standards from briefing to realization. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Lead art direction across retail design, visual communication, and POS events.
- Develop innovative ideas and design concepts for national and international brands, independently and collaboratively.
- Craft and refine campaigns, graphic concepts, and presentation decks.
- Oversee and coordinate the full process from client briefing to final execution.
- Ensure the highest quality standards at every stage of the project.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- A degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong creative talent with an eye for design, standout concepts, spatial thinking, and typography.
- Technical precision, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and brand-driven design.
- Experience in preparing print-ready artwork is a plus.
- A careful, structured, and responsible way of working.
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Flexibility and ideally proximity to the Stuttgart region (not mandatory).
