THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception & Guest Management
- Office & back-office organization (incoming/outgoing mail, appointment coordination, telephone switchboard, purchasing & orders)
- Financial management, support with preparatory accounting, invoice processing
- Other assistance and internal administrative tasks
- Coordination facility management/building management
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training and initial professional experience
- Experience in preparatory accounting is an advantage
- Empathy, social skills and communication skills
- Independent, structured and reliable work
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
- Quality awareness and an eye for detail
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
