WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- You are responsible for providing intensive support to our key clients and building lasting, trusting customer relationships.
- You manage retail projects from conception to implementation and ensure that they are realized on time and on budget.
- You understand our clients’ needs and develop customized solutions that optimally convey their brand message in the physical space.
- You will work closely with our clients, analyzing their business objectives and developing long-term strategies to strengthen their brand and drive sales.
- You will work closely with our internal creative and design teams to ensure that all projects are implemented seamlessly.
- As part of the customer acquisition process, you will conduct meetings with potential new customers and develop business expansion strategies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a comparable professional qualification.
- Several years of experience in key account management, preferably in an agency or in the retail sector.
- Experience in managing projects and working with creative teams.
- Strong consulting and communication skills as well as a high degree of customer orientation.
- Initiative, negotiation skills and a results-oriented way of working.
- A good feel for brands, design and trends in the retail sector.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
