WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
- Independent work with a focus on the technical development of furniture and modular furniture systems, product displays, as well as decorative and presentation elements.
- Responsibility for the entire process — from planning and creating production drawings to prototyping and serial production.
- The opportunity to implement and establish your own ideas in the fields of design, construction, and production.
- Coordination and quality control of both one-off and series productions.
- Supplier communication and management.
- Real teamwork — acting as sparring partner and advisor to our project management team in the development, production, and assembly phases.
- Ensuring quality standards with our experienced and innovative production partners.
- Space to optimize, expand, and strengthen our production network.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Completed technical training (e.g. wood technician, model maker, interior designer, or similar qualification) along with initial professional experience.
- Strong understanding of construction and production, as well as experience in development.
- Great interest in technical and innovative solutions across various trades.
- Reliability as a team player with a high degree of responsibility and dependability.
- Very good knowledge of Office and common CAD programs, ideally Rhino.
- Excellent command of German and English skills complete your profile.
