THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and implementation of projects for the stationary retail
- Working in an interdisciplinary team
- Coordinating interface between all project participants: customers, creation, suppliers, producers
- Briefing analysis and input in concept and design development
- Creation and monitoring of timelines
- Budget responsibility: Cost calculation, preparation of offers and invoicing
- Project documentation and continuous review and optimization of processes
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 2 years of project management experience, ideally from a creative agency environment
- Sense for lifestyle and trends
- Independent, structured working style, pragmatic implementation skills
- Reliability, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
- Strong team spirit and very good communication skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
