MAKE IT HAPPEN – POPUP SPACE

Developed as an easy tool for the HR team, the modular employer branding space served as a communication platform designed to engage employees directly. Tailored for internal employer branding initiatives, the setup created a structured environment for exchange, inspiration, and identification.

The design reinforces this intention with clean lines, open structures, and a conscious choice of materials: recyclable elements like cardboard and MDF reflect sustainability and authenticity, while bold colors and graphic accents convey confidence and energy.

Its modular structure allows for flexible use across various formats and locations. Interactive components encourage dialogue and create a sense of connection – both internally and externally. A forward-looking, authentic space that brings employer branding to life.
